At Export Element, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure you can try our service risk-free.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with Export Element for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

How to Request a Refund. Email us at [email protected] with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Include your account email address and optionally let us know why you're requesting a refund (this helps us improve our service).

Refund Processing. Once we receive your refund request, we'll process it within 2 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account. You'll receive an email confirmation once processed.

After Refund. After your refund is processed, your account will be downgraded to the free plan. Your existing exports and data will remain accessible, and you'll continue to have access to free plan features.

Exceptions. Our refund policy does not apply to purchases made more than 30 days ago, accounts that violated our Terms of Service, or free plan users (no payment was made).
