Description of Service. Export Element is a browser extension and web application that allows you to extract HTML and CSS elements from websites, transform extracted code using AI, convert code to different frameworks (React, Vue, PHP, etc.), and store and manage your exported projects.
User Accounts. To use Export Element, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities that occur under your account, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the Service or other users.
Acceptable Use. You agree not to use Export Element for any illegal purpose, extract content from websites in violation of their terms of service, violate intellectual property rights of others, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, use automated systems to access the Service excessively, interfere with or disrupt the Service, or resell or redistribute the Service without permission.
Your Content. You retain ownership of all code and content you export and store using Export Element. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to extract and use content from websites.
Our Service. Export Element, including its design, features, and code, is owned by MVP Stack LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our Service.
AI-Generated Content. Code transformations generated by our AI features are provided to you for your use. However, you are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the generated code meets your needs and legal requirements.
Pricing and Payments. We offer a free plan with limited features and exports. Paid plans are available as one-time lifetime purchases. Prices are displayed on our pricing page and may change for new purchases. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

Service "As Is". Export Element is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

AI Accuracy. AI-generated code transformations may contain errors or not function as expected. You are responsible for testing and validating all generated code before using it in production.

Third-Party Services. Export Element integrates with Firebase (authentication services), OpenAI (AI code transformation), and Stripe (payment processing). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of Export Element after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
